Hi there. Myself and a photographer are joining forces to build a creative “agency”. We’re having some trouble figuring out how to give pricing and packages in a way that helps clients understand what they’re getting on design/photography side and how we came to our estimate. We don’t want to give much leeway for them to pick and choose what tasks or functions we can “do without” if there is a need to negotiate but also want to remain transparent about the breakdown of cost. I recently got an offer from DBS bank, there they have promised to pay 3,00,000 as one time relocation allowance.

Two things i want to know,
1. Do they pay this amount regardless of whether you are in the work location ?
2. Inorder to encash this amount does it require require to submit any proofs or what's the process ?

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now. I’ve never shared with anyone that I have this problem, until I found this message board. I have so much anxiety that I won’t be able to get this under control. I feel isolated and sad.

Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.
