Hi guys, my joining in LTI is on 7th.Still i didnt get any onboarding email. I called the hr she told me that she will send tomorrow as today is holiday. Is there any auto mail will trigger for joining? Does LTI gives any prior notification for onboarding?

I’ve been on the bench since early Feb and have been working on firm initiatives full time since (proposals, white papers, and practice work). Last month I went on leave for surgery and before I left I asked if I should be concerned about not being on a project and I was told no. I received a bench warning and was told I had two weeks to find a project (two weeks ago) or I would be ejected from the firm. They told me I would receive two weeks of severance. Should I asked for more? How?

Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
