I researched the target retirement fund and all of them have financial institutions so I don't want to invest in target date funds. I am not sure which funds I can invest in ? 2010-2016 - notice period: 30 days to 60 days max
Task - Notice period complete all pending task , provide KT to team or new team members.

2016-2022 : Notice period : 60 days to 90 days.
Task - no leave so assign all task to notice period employee. Assign so much work so he/she will need to work for atlist 10hr and utilise all notice period.

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? I’m trying to strategically declare search so I can have a backup offer and use my time to find something better, but I want to make sure that I don’t get in trouble lol. It’s also difficult to multitask finding a job and working on studies since you’re around the clock.

3 YOE in M&A consulting. Interested in education consulting for high school and higher ed. No idea if this is a feasible path.

Also - is the salary for these types of jobs significantly less than management consulting?
