Agreed. It's not nearly as fast as people think. I plan for my new hires to be 9 months before pulling their weight, but they tend to be more junior so make of that what you will.
I’d say 6 weeks of when I start feeling comfortable and by month 3 I’m pretty much up and running
50 years. Could be wrong. It’s happened before.

I’d say 6 months. Although I’ve hit the ground running since switching agencies the first week of May and feel already growing roots. I think it’s because the brands I’m on are always on fire and I’ve had to step into it by the end of week 1
