I have 3 YOE as a Software Developer. I currently work as a React/Node developer making 87k per year (I know that is pretty low, my manager will admit it) He has made it clear that I am the most skilled developer on the team, and I am getting promoted to Senior Dev. I would like to know what I should be shooting to make? I really like my job and ideally don't want to move companies, but would like some realistic expectations for what I should be earning.

My company usually gives raises and end of the year bonuses at the same time right before Christmas as a thank you for your hard work. If it’s not as much as I want when is a good time to negotiate?

i work for one of the banks where they dont give annual raises (i.e only performance based). i understand from my lawyer partner that all law firms (at least bay st) give annual raises based purely on tenure/seniority. im just wondering if consulting firms do annual raises like law firms?

Does anyone use the Alight Smart Connect FSA at your firm? My client is struggling with them- apparently their FSA MasterCard has a majority of transactions declined, even co-pays, unless it is at a national company like CVS or Walgreens. I’ve been a general manager for a convenience store for almost 2 years now. I have raised profit after variable expenses by 13% compared to last year, and I am exceeding budgets by 5-30% in every category except for turnover rate. I got an 11% raise last year, but still only make $55k. My store profits about 17k a month on inside sales, and 160k a month in fuel. I think I deserve more, but I don’t know how to ask for it, and don’t know how to begin a job search aside from indeed. Any advice?

Question: I am on an AE Hiring process. the HR said the salary range is 60k to 70k plus commissions and bonus. I told them, I am looking for 80k, considering my current salary and experience. So far I already had 3 interviews, things are doing well, only one more. Do you think usually companies can go high than the salary range, even though they told me the salary was less than I am expecting?

But I get the bonus only after the completion of one year of the base period of the contract. My question is -is this arrangement good or should I negotiate for higher base instead ?

What matters more to you, salary or title? I'm weighing two opportunities... one would be a lateral move in the sense that I'd have the same title, but would definitely be making more money. The other is a better title with more authority, but likely wouldn't be making more money when it comes down to it.
