How long does it take to get the formal offer in Accenture Strategy? I've had 3 rounds of interview after which the HR ghosted me for 3 weeks. Then suddenly they asked me for documents to be uploaded. Now when all of that is done, no news for again 2 weeks. Is this the case with everyone or is this a red flag?

I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Any tips on the first screening call with recruiters? Should I touch base with them after our interviews?

Couldn't attend this interview at PwC due to last minute technical difficulties. I requested HR to reschedule it. She said it's not possible this week and she'll try her best for the next week. I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes?
