How long does it take to hear back from HR if i made it thru the interview? I had technical round last Friday and the interview went okay. They said someone from HR would get back to me next week on next steps. Kinda getting anxious because I really think this interview went well and I am eagerly waiting for a switch. What is the best way to make sure your resume gets seen/gets into the right hands? I've been applying for remote positions and not been hearing anything back. I feel like because so many people are applying for these jobs, it's hard to make sure my resume gets into the right hands and gets seen. Anyone have any advice?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I asked for an update and the recruiter reached out 2 days ago letting me know that they had some final requirements that should be approved that day so they can send the offer letter out.
