How many days does it take to receive an offer after the HR round and payslips submission? Can you tell me from your experience?

It's just that due to the current job market I have been ghosted after giving all interview rounds in an other company.
I have recently passed all my interview rounds and have submitted payslips to the HR after the HR round. Now I want a realistic timeline to wait before moving on and stop expecting an offer.

I’m LGBTQIA+ and an in house attorney in a red state. I am desperately seeking a relocation after a handful of anti-LGBTQIA+ bills and rhetoric have been introduced, & some even signed into law in my state. Despite my efforts, I cannot seem to get a recruiter to work with me or any companies outside my state to even consider me. I’m applying to jobs for which my experience is a match, & I’m being looked over. Any advice from anyone who has successfully relocated?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

Recently i given a interview in hdfc bank for sales manager Auto loan - but i had intermediate - distance mode ( single sitting ).. they said ur not eligible has per company policy - So did i did some thing wrong in my studies... Is it my mistake.....which is i done 1 yr intermediate. Plz suggest what should I do..... Really I need

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?
