Seems like a waste of everyone’s time. Do your research prior to agreeing to a call
You could take the call and ask for a really high salary from that place just to see what happens and sharpen your negotiation/interviewing skills

You can either have the call and practice your interviewing skills, and then tell them you decline to proceed, or just tell them upon further thought it’s not the right time and sorry to have scheduled a call.
You could be honest and say that after further research, you’re no longer interested. OR, take the call, hear them out, ask a few questions. If they offer you the job, take some time, “to think about it” and come back and say no.
