Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

You don't. You take the call and learn from What they say and what they ask and practice your interview skills and develop future professional connections.
Seems like a waste of everyone’s time. Do your research prior to agreeing to a call
You could take the call and ask for a really high salary from that place just to see what happens and sharpen your negotiation/interviewing skills

You can either have the call and practice your interviewing skills, and then tell them you decline to proceed, or just tell them upon further thought it’s not the right time and sorry to have scheduled a call.
You could be honest and say that after further research, you’re no longer interested. OR, take the call, hear them out, ask a few questions. If they offer you the job, take some time, “to think about it” and come back and say no.
