How many days does Wipro take to mark exit date in EPFO portal, my LWD was 7th May 2025 and still it is not marked in epfo portal, can anyone shed some light.

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst. Will it be a good move considering work life balance, job security and work pressure keeping in mind the recent resession and attrition.
