How many days will it take to get an approval/Offer Letter from Capgemini ?

I had a salary discussion with HR and now it's been more than 2 weeks and HR says still approval is pending from business. Bit worried now as my lwd is near

Hello everyone.
Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can anybody guide me regarding this.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
