the answer is still 7-9 guys
Can I say 9-10? 😩
Used to function on 6 but have needed 7.5 these days to not feel dead
Solid 7 hrs . More than enough
To be alive in the morning idek anymore because of my massive sleep debt: I feel good after 11 hours, I get 5
I only feel good after 10 hours and everyone seems fine with 5 hours like how
As much as YOU need!
I NEED 7 but I GET 3-5
According to the research, you only need 5.5. I get about 4-5 per night (sever chronic insomniac here) and that’s enough for me to function.
Definitely not best, but it’s bare minimum. We’re not talking human flourishing here lol.
If you’re curious, check out Dr. Gregg Jacobs’ work on sleep. He cited the studies about the 5.5hr minimum in his book, Say Goodnight to Insomnia.
I’d say I need between 6.5 and 7.5 but can go short bursts of time on 5ish
The minimum I need to function is 2. I average 4-5
Perfectly fine actually. I drink a lot of water and genetics and skin care do the rest. I’ve been sleeping like this for almost 10 years so it’s all good
Six ideally but will be less some nights.
Consultancy is not something you can do forever unless you are in charge/ the Director
I’m chillin around 6tbh. I’ve been doing that since forever, through college and sports.
To maintain adequate energy levels I need at least 8 a night
0, Adderall and black tea are all i need
8
I genuinely do not function well without 9. It’s what I need to feel energized and good. I usually get 8 and sleep in a bit on weekends (like 10 hours) to make up for it. I think part of it is my anemia though because I still feel tired a lot of the time. Or maybe it’s my work lol, cuz 1 day in the office takes my internal battery from 99% to 2%.
