How many of you are tatted up? If you are, do you wish you could have visible ink on your hands / fingers, etc? Or even if you were in a role with a company that didn’t care, would keep it only where a suit / pants and long sleeve could cover?

I’ve always wanted “huge slut” on my knuckles

I’d keep it to something I can cover. My most visible is visible when I roll my sleeves up

Tons of tattoos here and I have one on my hand and foot that are always visible. Hasn’t been an issue so far and if it is, there are always other clients or jobs. Not worth the mental gymnastics to do or not to do. Do what you want and what will make you happy (as long as you’re not harming others).

Close friend of mind is completely tatted up, like full body legs arms feet $60k+ work on him, works a corporate job. His tattoo guy refused to ever give him a tattoo on his hands or neck because he was trying to be (is now) an engineer for a large DoD contractor. To this day I’m not aware of that changing.

I just find it odd that so many are against what others do with there body, but I get that they don’t necessarily portray ‘corporate professional’ especially in a client facing role. Don’t know if that will ever change.

I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). It sounds like that's a tall order in the NY/CT area given the prices, not to mention whether I'd be able to get a mortgage on anything below $100K, but I figure I'll give it a shot anyway. Any advice on what you might do in my position? Am I being crazy with this idea?

I have been interviewing since May, but I can’t seem to find a good fit that has an insurance Plan that fits my needs. They told me there would be when I left…what is the best way to go about this?

My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. I’m always the one to go to if other recruiters fail to meet client deadlines and cleaning up recruiters mistakes. How do I even handle this to begin with?

I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
