How many of you take work home on the weekend?

I used to but not anymore. I have learned that my family is more important than work.

like

Practically never. The only time I have is when we have had extremely critical issues with supplier past dues and have needed to communicate over the weekend.

I will do my best to not take any work home for the weekend, and I try to approachable enough to where if my employees feel like they can't get everything done during the week to talk to me. We can always reprioritize and set reasonable deadlines. There are very rare occasions where it is necessary due to some external factor, but I make up any late work/weekend work with comp time, performance bonuses, etc.

Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!

Those who do financial modeling at work: for case study in interviews, is it bad practice to submit a model based on a premade template, assuming that I understand all formulas and incorporate my own reasonable assumptions? For reference, I don’t work with fundamental modeling (quant background) so I needed to get a template to teach myself. TIA
