I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. Planning to buy a car because we do not have one and it’s a pain watching my mom travel here and there in public transport. She’s 57. Also, during project calls, he tries to sabotage my ideas (one’s I discussed with him prior the call). I dont have a way out of the project but anything that I can do?
