I am working with a manager for a few weeks now. He pulls me into anything & everything he is working on without any regard to my bandwidth. He hardly takes up any piece & pushes everything down on me. However, right before I am ready to send the materials out to Partner/SM, he asks me to PM him the file to send it across himself. Also, during project calls, he tries to sabotage my ideas (one’s I discussed with him prior the call). I dont have a way out of the project but anything that I can do?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Hi all! Currently in the process of a career pivot and had a question. My current company wants me to come back for a two week project in August. Is this too big of an ask on a new employer if I request unpaid leave for this time? I had asked them about delaying start date until this project is over but it was too far away, and I’ll start this month instead but haven’t yet. A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?

I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all.
