Unlimited PTO policy
21 days of holidays, it's the 🇪🇺, bitches! +bank hols and time between Christmas and New Year, obvs

Unlimited PTO will be taken away if you're a piece of shit. And then you'll be fired. Most people with unlimited PTO usually end up taking an average of 2 weeks or less a year.
Unlimited sick days and 20 PTO a year
0 PTO days taken.
3 sick days in hospital.
-4 summer days (had to work a couple weekends already this summer)

25 PTO + 1 day a month just for fun + unlimited sick + holidays (yes it's in 🇪🇺)
