I got hired at EY after mid year. My offer letter says I’m not eligible for salary increase until 10/18.

Is that typical?

I am a QA/SDET with 8 YOE , good in building framework for UI and API Testing , right now working on improving coding (DSA) and AWS (SAA certification).
