I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. As per their own market policy the package of a team lead or a consultant should be around 13 lpa excluding variable. But maximum employees are getting 2/3 of that.
Cant wait to quit and move on to some other company.
Work life balance is becoming a myth now!
And every year they layoff in one or other dept in the name of reorg.
People in MIS got upto 50-60% hike. And some people are working below the pay range.

The job itself doesn't have much to do with veterinary medicine, but they do require you to have experience in veterinary medicine.
