I have 4 years of experience. Ihave a job offer from cisco as Grade 6 software engineer with 17.8 lpa fixed, 1.34 lpa variable and 3 lakhs JB. I have another offer from publisis sapient with 21.5 lpa fixed and 1 lakh JB. Which offer should i take?

Please help me to choose the best company based on WLB, Career growth and Job Security.

1) Standard chartered - 20 Lakhs fixed
2) Devon - 21.5 fixed
3) Allstate - 23.5 fixed
4) T-systems - 25.5 fixed

Can someone discuss the pros and cons of having a gym close to work vs having a gym near home but still would have to commute there, go back home then go to work. To me it seems more convenient to just on the way to work go to the gym, shower, then go into the office.
