I've never actually disagreed with the reviews of the companies I've worked at, so I give it some weight.
Very relevant and I regretted not trusting the reviews before joining my last firm

Very little I think especially if it’s a large company

By the numbers, the majority of reviews are going to be negative. If your job is good, you’re not reviewing. If your job is great you’re probably still not reviewing. Only if you’re pissed off.
That being said, I check negative reviews for specific patterns. If everyone is giving the same detailed negative feedback about leadership, IT, or other pertinent departments, I might give it some weight.

Not much, especially since the legal team often operates pretty separately from the other departments. But I always check it for things like benefits, etc. and try to get a sense of wlb/culture before applying.
I think it’s worth reading to look for comments that appear with high frequency. Every company will have weird people or weird situations that leave to one off bad reviews. But if every review says the same thing, good indication it’s true.
