How often do you guys see people get fired? Feel like I remember seeing people break into IB that were definitely not the most “intelligent” it makes me wonder if IB really has objectively hard work or if it’s really just about being able to handle the hours and if you can, then anyone can get their 2 year stint in and then leave.
