I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? Recruiter has told me salaries are £100k/£130k respectively. What are peoples salaries + bonus for these or similar roles in London? Would also be interesting to know analysts comp.

I am currently a year from finishing my PhD and was looking at VC's as a career path because I like to do meta-analysis of different climate change techs. I networked with VCs and one of them was receptive but didn't have the budget currently for a full time hire. They said they'd be interested in working with me to do a research paper over the coming semester, and was wondering if I could leverage this into a full time offer?

Is a white paper with a VC going to be attractive on my CV?
