How soon after active H1B status can the green card application be started? I’m about to come up on my 2 year anniversary with Deloitte and started on my H1B in Oct 2019. I read somewhere that Deloitte starts processing green card applications after being with them for 2 years. Is it true? Or do we have to wait for 4-5 years i.e. get the H1B extension first?

I spoke with a recruiter recently about a position in her company and before we even began talking about the job, she asked if I needed an sponsorship, I told her no, I dont need one. But she continued to press on the subject until I had to tell her I was a US citizen. I dont know why, but the whole conversation made me extremely uncomfortable. So my question is, can recruiters ask you about your visa/immigration status even when I told her I didnt need a sponsorship??

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough.
