Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

Yes i would send an invite that is probably the best way to reach out.
Just keep it short and to the point. Mention your mutual connections if it's relevant.
In the connection request
Keeping I short is a good idea for a new connection. Once you start messaging, then bring up that their current employer is your past employer. They might be disinterested to accept if you seem too desperate to make a connection. Also, there’s lots more people to connect with as well. Send them request and perhaps send more people a request as well.
Just say ‘It would be nice to connect, as we used to work at the same company’
If they have some kind of publications online, include it if you want, by again keep it short. Do some background research to include in your message.
I agree with the comments above. I would probably just send an invite to connect. Then just send an honet and authentic message. No harm in doing that. You can totally reach out after you send the invite.
Yes. I would do the same. Definitely send here that invite. That's the easiest and most professional way you can go about it at the moment.
Just send her the invites and go directly to the point. They would appreciate it more than reading separate messages for your introduction and purpose.
