Hey guys! I’m looking to shift careers. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 7 years now. Before that I’ve worked in an office, retail, banking, sales and was a correctional officer. I have a BA in criminal justice that I have yet to use. During HR round in Accenture, we have agreed on 8.1 LPA as fixed but after document upload I got a call from different HR and he is offering less package than before around 6.78 LPA but after some discussion I have to agree on 7.5 LPA.

Is this common in Accenture?
