How’s that diversity, equity and inclusion working? 8 leaders in the US, 75% women. In that diversity? I thought diversity was about creating a balance between genders and ethnicities for fair representation. I guess DEI is about making sure formerly under-represented groups are over represented. Let’s put it this way. If that US team as 75% male there would be outrage in the industry.
