Auto accident client. At-fault driver constantly drives by my clients house and blares his horn and flicks off my client and his wife. She’s scared. Can I use this to help my case? Amend the complaint for a claim of punitive damages or something else?

I have a lot of work these next two weeks. I needed to work this weekend to get some of it done… in the end, I barely have worked this weekend. And I feel really guilty about it. Can somebody explain to me the difference between the states attorney and the attorney general? I understand that their different but it confuses me because both can be criminal prosecutors. I also know there’s an SA in every county and only one AG per state but I still feel like I’m missing the difference. I have an interview with the AG next week so I need to sort this out! Thanks!!
