JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Chemical since I helps with fading my acne scars though I do enjoy hydra facials for a nice vaca glow
I love how chemical peels worked for me. I was advised to undergo this procedure to treat my melasma but it made my skin less wrinkly, so that's a plus.
Chemical helps with sunspots and damage that goes a few layers deep -- and also takes longer to see results. Hydrafacials are nice and moisturizing, more than the chemical peel for sure. Just depends what your goal is!
My goal is clearing minimal acne, minimal hyper pigmentation, and really increasing glow (rather than dullness) , just overall better appearance of skin / even skin toned
By chemical did you mean chemical peel? Well for me I am not a good candidate for a chemical peel because I have a naturally dark complexion. But hydrafacial works well for me.
Yes chemical peels
I haven't personally tried the hydrafacial procedure but my sister has been trying to convince me to get it done. I did notice her skin looked healthier than before.
I have stubborn acne marks around my jaw area. I wonder what would work well for me? Do you guys have any tips to share? Which of the two would suit me better?
I feel like chemical peels are a little too much for my skin, so I go for the hydrofacials. My skin is a bit on the dry side so I'll take as much hydration as I can get.
I'm too scared to try chemical peeling/facials since they would need some time to heal unlike hydrofacials that gives you results when you're done with the procedure.
Chemical facials are a bit too imvasive for my liking but I've seen the results from my friends which are so amazing that it makes me wanna try it too. Have you gotten the procesure before?
I used to faithfully get light / sensitive (not deep ) peels… first monthly then a few times a year. I switched my diet to anti inflammatory/ no or reduced dairy . I use more sensitive . I don’t break out as much except around my cycles. However, I want to reduce or eliminate hormonal breakouts, scarring, and just overall have better appearance , healthy glow. I found chemical peels to be really effective for my acne and hyperpigmentation from sun/acne. Now that’s not as much an issue as wanting maintenance, anti aging and glow so trying to evaluate what would get me there.
Hydra facials for me seemed very light in terms of exfoliation. The peels were deeper. Not sure which is better for glow. Maybe serums / daily products.
I've struggled with acne marks since I was a teenager and I had to deal with terrible bouts of acne because of my PCOS so I prefer chemical peels since they go deep into my skin to heal my skin problems.
The HydraFacial's greatest benefit is that it may be used on everyone, even those with sensitive skin. Unlike a chemical peel, which can cause the skin to peel for a few days, there is no needling, pinching, abrasion, or downtime with this procedure.
I am more comfortable going through hydrofacials than chemicals peels. My skin is very sensitive with chemicals so I went for hydra facials instead. I had zero irritation.
I go with HydraFacial. The procedure is not too harsh on my skin delivering the same promising result. I have a sensitive skin reason why I had acne my whole teenage life.
As much as possible I refrain from using chemicals for any facial procedure. It can give better and faster results in removing acne marks and wrinkles but it can be abrasive too.
For, I prefer the hydrafacial. I feel like it is what my skin has been accustomed to already. Works on my skintype too.
Chemicals! I think it is way more accessible and available. Well, at least in area.
I prefer chemical treatments. I have very textured skin and I needed to address it. Hydrafacials didn't work well with my skin problems.

Hydrafacials are far more gentle on my skin vs the chemical peel
