I absconded from this company accion labs because of its poor management and toxic work culture. They hired someone to replace me, and a few months later I spoke with him. He told me that the extreme work pressure had taken such a toll on his health that he was hospitalized and narrowly avoided a heart attack.

This is a real incident. In my experience, Accion Labs had an unhealthy work environment that seriously affected employees' well-being.

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

My fiancé just made Aliyah for med school. Long distance is hard but I love my job/firm culture.
