Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated. Advice for Of Counsel roles? I am of counsel at a firm where I can set my own rate and keep a percentage of collections, which varies slightly depending on whether the client is one I generated or not. I’m finding that a lot of my work is for firm clients where the lawyer negotiated a flat fee (and the hours worked are less, due to efficiency etc). Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

How long is the current wait time for H4-EAD? My company attorneys are filing my wife's EAD on her behalf but they are saying she would not be able to travel outside US as it will update her i-94 records and it may reault in denial. Is that true?
