Does anyone have experience as a Customer Success Manager? Can you tell me some details about the role? Pros/cons?
Hi, I was on a production support project in Tech Mahindra and I switched to PySpark developer role in CTS. My CTC updated from 4 LPA to 12 LPA. I have 3.5 YOE. Can you please share your thoughts about this switch in terms of profile change and the CTC? Is PySpark developer same as a data engineer role? Thank you.
Why some companies ask for Scrum master with technical skills when Scrum Master role is non technical. Please share your views
Is freelancing as an account manager a thing? I’ve never come across freelance opportunities related to an account role and am curious if/which agencies might offer such opportunities and if anyone has had related experience they can share.
What do hiring managers care about more MBAs or experience…both is not an acceptable answer.
Best place to find PE firms actively hiring for ops roles? I have 8 years of experience in industrials across deals, ops and sales/marketing roles.

Any non-consulting cyber jobs opening?
Question for those who know the exit process at Deloitte: If you leave Deloitte (put in your two weeks) do they just pay you for your already earned unused PTO or do they ask you to take it instead of working your last two weeks?
I was doing real consulting work for a Wealth Management tech firm and took a job at another tech firm for twice the money. They hired me to the Org because they wanted to stand up a new team that actually worked with customers and consulted for new opportunities. The current Org's 'consulting' title is really glorified onboarding. The point in hiring me was to help with enablement, and eventually manage a team. Con't
Got stood up for a final round for a large tech firm. Interviewers didn't show and the calendar invite was sent a week in advance. Also noticed that the original position I was recruiting for was removed from the company's career section. Does this mean they moved on? Really wanted this role. Feeling down.
What are some good product based companies that offer 15+ LPA in Python specific role for 3+ years of experience? Factors: Work Life Balance, Job Security

How does experienced hiring (generally) work in consulting? Are there cycles similar to campus recruiting or is it year-round? Got laid off a few weeks back and the job hunt has been frustrating
We can discuss about Apigee, Q&A, doubts and its job openings here. All folks from Apigee tech stack are welcome.
Am I wrong in thinking it’s inappropriate to talk negatively about members of a specific gender or race at work? I’ve been hearing more of it recently.
Moms, I need advice. I’m one month in at D (previous consultant, spent last 5 years in industry as a leader of leaders) and came in at Mgr - and I *hate* it. I’m 13 weeks with our first and mat leave was a huge factor in coming to D, so feeling trapped. I spend more time dealing w/ asshole client SM (not my project SM) than doing work. My coach is great, but her advice was basically, “D is full of assholes 🤷🏻♀️, get used to it.” Is it too soon to leave? Especially pregnant? What to tell recruiters?
L.E.K folks, I’m applying online and wanted to ask: should I apply for the Associate position or the consultant position? For context I have 2.5 years of consulting experience at D (mainly non-technical / non business related projects - kinda bs work tbh) and I also have some beginner data science/analysis skills. Thanks in advance!
Which firms have the best maternity/paternity packages? Do any cover some of the cost of surrogacy? I have a medical condition that would make actually carrying a child dangerous, so wondering if some firms offer help in that area (I’ve heard of some covering IVF costs).
Account just sent new info from the client for the 3rd time today, for the 5th day in a row.
I know this is potentially a controversial topic but, do you believe some content areas, grade levels or positions (i.e. specialist or special Ed teacher) have an intrinsically harder job/more intense workload than others? Or, is workload more dependent on the ideals of individual teachers, not their position? In my opinion, High School Social Studies and English have the most labor/work the longest hours. But I’m curious what others think.
I’m considering pursuing a Finance & Strategy role at Salesforce. Could someone please tell me about the culture within this organization and within the Chicago office? I know that no job is perfect, I just want improvement from where I’m at. What I’m looking for: good pay (~$140k, 10 YOE), clearly defined roles and responsibilities, great team members and a strong manager (that don’t try to be “family”), and work that doesn’t require me to work well into the evening/on weekends consistently.
International Student graduating in spring with a Masters degree focusing on finance. Anyone willing to refer me to any consulting/finance firms? Preferably in NYC but don't mind anywhere in east or west coast.
I work in a small office (10 people, not with Mazars) and there is talk requiring everyone to be Covid vaccinated in order to return to the office, i.e. to continue working at this firm. Thoughts?
Mid size vs big 4 - which one to choose and why? Pay/work is same, no exit ops in either.

HYP grad with summa, MBB, 750+ GMAT, but weak extracurriculars - how likely is one of HSW?
Anyone know if companies are doing virtual holiday parties and if so, what are they doing? I’m tasked with planning mine, but if I have to sit on another awkward zoom happy hour I might just explode. Open to suggestions or ideas. My team is spread out internationally, so even sending a stupid “swag” gift is next to impossible.
I hate using Microsoft Teams.
One thing moved from consulting to industry - there is no def of done in the traditional company.... one project last 5+ years n keep going.... no one seems to know the full picture, the bottom truth. I tried my very best to keep it together, but with new answers popping up everyday I m mentally exhausted n don't feel like I gain transferable skills for my next career move. Promotion runs on managers promises which may or may not be come true. Now I m thinking about jump....
