I am a dental assistant who has recently moved to another state. I had a really good paying job before. My new job search has had no results. I am tired of the emails saying they have went with another candidate. It is so discouraging. It has made me lose all confidence I have in my work ability. I am going to have a meltdown. How do you all handle this?

Firstly, understand that it’s not you or your work ability at fault! Good jobs have been hard to come by for a while now, and it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna get better anytime soon, unfortunately!
I wish you luck on your job search!

It is in appropriate to ask what the compensation for a position is after a first interview if they want you to go on three more and the interviewers on my first told me that was above their pay grade to tell me?????

Seems kind of ridiculous for a business to want to waste so much time to find out after a handful of interviews that the pay isnt aligned with my needs ......

I can see in biglaw not bringing up knowing damn well if you get an offer itll likely be high, but this is a midsize

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.

Any WFM nurses out there? Better work-life balance??
