I am a recent graduate, I work as an Admin Assistant remote at the CEO office of a tech company. It is a high demanding area which I was aware of before I started.
The issue I'm having is that I graduated of English Linguistics major, with no experience, business insights, or special talent (In business and tech)
I've been promised training and dev by the company but it's been 7 months without any.

Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal?
