I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Ireland, Switzerland or Netherlands. Agree with a lot of S1’s advice. You can also try to transfer through your company at first, in case they have operations there. And then find something local once you’ve had a chance to vet the place. Good luck.
Ps: born* and descent* 😝
Move to Ireland
In the past UK would have been a good spot. If you don’t have a preference, Ireland, Sweden, Netherlands, Luxembourg and maybe Belgium would be good spot for someone with limited local language. Germany and Austria could work as well but you are more likely to need local language requirements. France and other Latin countries are even more likely to ask for local language requirements.
I don’t know whether being European helps Switzerland and the Norway markets but they are also very friendly to English only speaking workers
I know you said you don’t want consulting but that might be your best path. Get a consulting role in Europe that you do for 1-2 years then move to your preferred exit. It will not only help you get an opportunity fast but it will help you getting adjusted to the new market. Ideally you don’t want to make too many changes at once (job, industry, and location)
Denmark is also very friendly to non local language speakers and pay pretty well. Studied postgrad there and a lot of my friends got decent jobs.
