I am about to get an offer from Mastercard for Software Engineer II role with 13L fixed and some variable component so around 14LPA CTC. I have 1.10 yrs of experience. I think its a little less for Software Engineer II role. Can someone please suggest how can I ask HR to increase the pay?

I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

I need your advice here, I have recently cleared the bloomreach interview and from very begining of the processes I have informed them about the offer I already had.
I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
Base : X - 4 + 5% variable and 6 L joining bonus.
I don't think it's right decision to accept this one as I already have an offer of X amount which is 4 L

But ola is willingly not sending me the offer letter soon. I plan to join MMT finally by making them match the highest offer. How to leverage this situation better?
