I am absolutely depressed !!

Completed my MBA top of the class about 2 years ago. Knocked on every consulting company's door (networking, referrals, application w/o referrals). The only job I got was a contract with a boutique firm, hoping it would give me an advantage.
Did really well on the job, yet I am still not any more attractive to any company out there.

I am 40. Been told, "too experienced" to be admitted at the post-MBA roles.

I feel paralyzed. My career is a mess

Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
Few of my frnds are suggested if i choose a small company my opportunities in future will narrow down when compared to a reputed. Pls can someone help here?

I am looking at earning certifications to make a transition to cloud consulting next year. What are good certifications to have? I have access to udemy. Should I look to get a few in azure, aws, google etc. or get a lot in one of them.

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost).
