I am an E2E Solution Designer at Tech mahindra with total experience of 9 years.
I got an offer from Accenture and the role mentioned was : Level 9 Packaged App Development Team Lead.

During the Accenture interview, I specifically asked the interviewer if I am being hired for E2E Solution Designer or not as the interview was around very low level technical questions. He told me that it was for E2E designer only.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Can anyone throw some light on what sub levels exist within level 9 i.e. at Management Consultant level in Accenture Consulting. Also how do we know whether we are offered base level consultant or experienced consultant role and what are the corresponding salary levels? Please guide?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?
