I am an immediate joiner and I was supposed to get an offer from LTI on Friday. HR told me they will be sending an offer by Friday and Monday is my joining.
I kept waiting but they didn’t send any offer. I don’t even know what compensation they are providing. They have hired me for pool.

Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position in the logistics department. Role is for Amazon UK. Recruiter is asking me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?

After clearing both of the technical rounds HR contacted over mail for expected ctc and other things.Can anyone tell if my expected ctc is higher then is there any chance they will not reply or delay the discussion or they will straight away deny?? I am waiting for the response from hr from past 7 days.

Can H1B approved under consular processing but yet to be activated be transferred to another employer and can the new employer apply for transfer and change of status?
