I am currently in bench in KPMG... I am getting calls from different companies through naukri. They are asking me about how fast I can get released and join..Any idea how early i can get released from KPMG if i am in bench .?

Also will it be wise decision if i leave KPMG and join Deloitte USI?

I’m an MS Management Student graduating in June 2023. I applied to over 40 positions within the Big 4/MBB and even with extensive networking, I haven’t heard back from any really. I have an offer from a pretty well-known but less prestigious Consulting Firm, but I’m wondering what my chances even are of going Big 4/MBB if I’m not a campus hire. Will they even consider me for an experienced hire a year or two down the road if they showed no interest this time? Any advice welcome!

I passed out in 2020. Studied a little full stack. While doing that for 1 yr and applying interviews. I finally landed as devops tarine with 1yr bond.the ctc is 1.2 lakh per yr. its been few months. I have been tarined and have been doing small tasks. After internship company told i will b permanent and the salary will increase.
I liked devops at beginning but now its hard.I am at crossroads. I like am thinking of pursing mba as i like management.
