A friend of mine is under process in being recruited by SS&C Blue Prism in western europe as an Enterprise sales executive. Do you have any insights about company culture environnement and also about quota achievement ? They told him that the majority of sales exceed their quotas.

Any tips for helping to get operations work recognized? I’m officially in ops but cover programs, business, and catch-all organizational needs. In the last year we rebranded and scaled 500% (staff, program offerings, funding) and I was the sole employee covering organizational ops at 100% during that time. When I proposed a title and compensation review, I was told I didn’t achieve enough impact. Unfortunately skills in project management and operations are not weighed heavily in comp reviews.

I'm really struggling with depression as my husband of 7 years asked for a divorce a few weeks ago. I accidentally overshared information about having anxiety and trouble focusing with someone who is kind of important at the company and now I regret it. She never responded and probably forgot about it but my husband told me that I shouldn’t have done that and I shouldn’t share things like that with people at work unless you are really close with them and now I’m freaking out and crying because I’m scared she will remember that and tell my boss or other higher up people.
