What hierarchy is a Program manager in Wipro and what role or level will i fit in as during interview i did not got a clarity on designation even though they mentioned it's for project manager level .

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.

A quick question guys: In a service based organisation the resources i,e engineers are billed for 8/9 hours a day so why do I see lot of service based org engineers complaining about extra hours? Are they not getting paid for those extra hours? What is the issue here! If those extra hours are not getting billed why do employers make their employees work those extra hours?
