I am currently in real dilemma whether I should go for MBA or stay in Tech role. Currently working as a software engineer.But don't see myself coding for long.Hence the indecisiveness. A company has shared the letter of intent with me and told they'll send me the offer letter in 3 days. It's been a week and they haven't sent me the offer letter yet. Is it possible that companies may put us on hold even after sharing the letter of intent? Or is this normal?
