I am currently in real dilemma whether I should go for MBA or stay in Tech role. Currently working as a software engineer.But don't see myself coding for long.Hence the indecisiveness. What are the pros/cons in my situation if I am able to get into top 5 colleges in India.How could my overall career growth as well as remuneration differ if I do MBA or not.Please enlighten me.Thanks!

One of the best pieces of advice I received is to avoid micro-managing executive staff (agency leadership), as it puts downward and unwelcome pressure on people’s managers and ultimately oneself. Based on your experience in the last 2 years are there:
