I am currently in the transition of switching from sales to IT. Is there anyone that can help me land a help desk job? I have completed my Google IT fundamentals, currently working on the CompTia trifecta of A+, Network + and Security+. I have a couple labs completed for Group Policies.any help would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I would stay in sales, it's a better hedge against AI which is decimating IT jobs.

Ugh. I’m sorry to read this. The brutal fact is that a lot of helpdesk jobs have been offshored to India. It’s not easy to get those roles now.

You might be able to find one in healthcare / hospital systems.

Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I’m starting a financial analyst position at a major hospital system in my area soon and want to stick with that for a couple years before making a transition but was curious if I just don’t have the right experience for a role in advisory.

What can I except a product manager role interview questions to be?

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. What is the environment like and has anyone been in a situation where the contract with TCS and the client ended and had trouble with TCS finding them a new role at the same pay?
