I am currently working FT with a company in india.I got a offer from a UAE based consultancy for a remote job .The UAE based firm pays in INR directly to my Indian account.
Nothing else No pf,Tax which has to be taken care by myself .
Now can I continue to work in my current company and also to the UAE based firm? Will there be any legal issue ?

Switching from commission to salary!

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What % haircut should be expected? As an example, if I make 100k (base + commission) today, would it be realistic to ask for 90k (10% cut) + equity to make up the difference?
