I feel that. Micro managers are the worst and I had to leave my last role due to it. I would just focus on self care at the moment and do the bare minimum for work. At this point you have to put yourself first and go from there. I would try to ride out the market at this point and start looking.
I’ve been feeling this as well. My manager is not a micro manager but there’s no mentorship or future for me. I’ve been feeling like a square peg in a round hole as the fit is all wrong at this company. I’ve started looking, and suggest you do the same. There’s still jobs out there, even though it’s a bit more competitive right now. Maybe the market will get better.

Yeah, just changed my LinkedIn status for recruiters. 😔
Nothing like a micro-manager that zaps the life out of you. I'm in the same boat and looking for a different company but certainly asking questions to my manager about their style of management. If you can't manage me up I don't want to work under you.
You are burnt out and what you need is too refresh yourself or get a new environment. When you start to feel not happy with your work, it is a sign that you need to move on and thrive in another company.
I think I would start looking for somewhere else if I were you.
