I am getting tensed looking at the news of companies opening up the offices.
I never really want to go back to the office.

If and when the offices re open, is there a way I can negotiate with them..
Frankly, I am even okay for a pay reduction, if they allow me WFH.

My parents are old, and I can't afford to leave them.
Folks in the similar scenarios might understand the case. I am just worried.

The station I work at is down at least 15 positions. Some jobs have been open for two years.

The remaining staff is required to step up.

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.

How are people able to keep their mental health up when their station isn’t hiring people they need and refuse to pay living wages to potential prospects or promote those remaining?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter.
