Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.
Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?

Often I see junior PMs being disappointed by their charters. It's like everyone wants to be building the next cred or swiggy or Uber.
Most PM jobs and charters are utterly boring. But the difference between good PMs and bad PMs is how they look at things - are you doing a PM job for the brand name, coolness factor or are doing it because you are genuinely passionate about problem solving?
In your situation I honestly see a massive opportunity to build the client base, learn how to negotiate, and actually have a hands on experience of building businesses as well as great products.
But obviously, most people don't want to put the hardwork. Sab ready made chahiye so that you can bask in the glory and glamour that someone else created
I agree with your point surely. Thats something definitely there inside me. I want to work in a brand. I feel a Brand name is a replacement to IIT-IIM tag which I dont have.
Fact: You may not be able to convince all the interviewers you meet, unfortunately!
Take feedback from this interview and add more layers to your answer:
- include all instances where you tried to make more impact in the present org and failed because of external reasons.
- include all instances where you went through the breadth and depth of your work but realised no change
Suggestion: Don’t bad mouth your work or boss or company. Instead focus on weaving your answer around learning’s and development. It is possible that in your current role there isn’t much scope of learning’s and that is why you are moving to next role.
