I am giving Product Manager Interviews. Why?

I am not feeling, that I am creating impact, in current startup + it has only 5 clients and its growing slowly.

Problem: In a recent interview Hiring Manager ask "why do u want to change with only 1yr exp in current company". I explained my reason. He replied "Then if u come to my organization u will change in 3months if you don't like"

Irony: The same guy had changed 2 companies in 3months and 8 months.... How do I convince such people?

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.

When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. I’m thinking getting into b2c with lesser pay, however would help out in long term. Any suggestions here please? (Currently with 3.5 years as b2b PM, overall 8 YOE)
