I need your immediate help for Barclays, i am in the middle of the interview process for Barclays Pune/Mumbai, I have heard that they do check Credit Report for all roles as a part of their Pre employment screening (May be stage 1).
Is that correct?

I think they use Hireright as their 3rd part agency but not sure.

What should a cloud senior consultant with 1.5-2 YOE make at EY/Accenture?

PARTNERS: two questions —1. If you send an associate a random e-mail on a weekend like “Can you pull X and send to Y”, would you get annoyed if they responded saying they weren’t by a comp or would you consider it reasonable that they wouldn’t be by a comp on a weekend?

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...
