I am in a spot. My counterpart on business side is my peer and is sort of an important stakeholder for me however I am the manager of spouse of my counterpart.
This has not been addressed by my Organization vocally but it tends to irk me time to time as my opportunities for advancement are always derailed (it feels so)
Should I run away from this company or try to spend time working in this conflict? Is it really a conflict or I am imagining so!
